I just built OpenNTPD package for N9/ N950. This package is based on 3.9p1-4-maemo3, which is used for diablo (N8x0).

N9 supports system time sync if you insert SIM, so in this case you don't need to install this package. If you don't use SIM or cannot use carrier's time sync for some reason, please try this.

You can find the package at the following site so far, and if it works well, I will submit it to ovi store later.
